Signs
Most recognizable signs are

-         Systolic Murmur
Harsh, crescendo/decresendo (diamondshaped) systolic murmur well heard over the aortic area, but also over Apex)

-         Small volume pulse, slow upstroke (Prolonged ejection)

-         Single S2
